Role:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at The Orchards at Three Rivers, you will play a vital role in our rehabilitation department. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services to our residents.Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting Physical Therapists:
Providing direct patient care, including implementing treatment plans, performing exercises, and utilizing various modalities to promote patient recovery and improvement.Conducting Patient Assessments:
Evaluating patients' physical function, range of motion, strength, and flexibility to develop individualized treatment plans. Communicating withPatients and Families:
Educating patients and their families on the treatment plan, progress, and goals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Maintaining Accurate Records:
Documenting patient information, treatment plans, and progress in our electronic medical records system.Requirements:
Education:
Associate Degree inPhysical Therapist Assisting Experience:
[ Minimum Years of Experience ] in a physical therapy setting, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation environment.Certifications and Licenses:
