Travel Pay Rate:

$2,000

Duration:

2026/2027 school year, with the option to add on the 2027/2028 school year Sevn Workforce Solutions is hiring a School PTA in Northern Michigan. You'll work under a licensed supervising PT and serve students across the district and the surrounding county buildings, so expect some windshield time and a caseload with real variety. Spend a school year somewhere beautiful and quiet: Lake Superior, the Soo Locks, Mackinac about an hour south, and some of the best fall and winter you'll ever see. What You'll Do Carry out your supervising PT's plan of care, in line with each student's IEP Treat gross motor skills, mobility, strength, balance, transfers and positioning Track data and progress and report back to your supervising PT Train students, teachers and paras on equipment (wheelchairs, walkers, standers, gait trainers, orthotics), safe transfers and classroom carryover Attend IEP meetings as needed and keep documentation and Medicaid billing on time New to Travel Contracts? Travel nurses and travel PTs do it, and school PTAs can too. You work a district away from home for one school year (about 9 months), then go home, rest, and pick your next spot. If you live 50+ miles from the district, you qualify for tax-free housing, meal and incidental stipends. That's where the money really changes.
