Responsibilities include:

Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT Educate and support patients and families Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with nursing staff and other members of the healthcare team Assist with therapy programs and department activities Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Minnesota PTA license or eligibility for licensure New graduate PTAs are welcome and encouraged to apply.
