Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk! In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face and efficient coordinator that ensures smooth clinic operations. Your primary responsibilities include managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, handling medical records, and supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks. Wed:

3-7:15pm;

Thur:

2-6:15pm;

Sat:

7:30-10:30am. Option for Monday evening hours. Duties Greet patients warmly, verify insurance information, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using ChiroTouch, our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinate follow-up visits, and manage clinic calendars to optimize patient flow Collect payments at the time of service and help patients with billing concerns Sanitize acupuncture rooms and remove wires from patients post service Answer phone calls with professional phone etiquette, provide excellent customer service, and address patient inquiries Light cleaning including vacuuming Requirements Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Efficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Google drive and other computer programs. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation review and medical record keeping Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone communication and office support experience Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, clinical confidentiality policies, and healthcare compliance standards Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding patient care to our community. $21.00
