As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) on our team, you will play a critical role in helping our residents achieve their physical therapy goals in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities:
Assist Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for residents Conduct patient assessments and implement treatment interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Provide education to residents and their families on physical therapy techniques, exercises, and self-care strategies Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our residents Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans Participate in in-service training and stay up-to-date with best practices in physical therapy Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Requirements:
