This 4-week contract position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your clinical skills while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Position is for 4 weeks working 9-5 with the days worked each week being flexible Duties Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and executing personalized care plans for patients in independent, assisted and memory care living Implement physical therapy treatments to improve strength and balance with a strong focus on fall prevention. Charting through our web-based EMR system utilizing point of service documentation adhering to Medicare guidelines. Communicate clearly with patients and caregivers to explain treatment procedures, address concerns, and motivate ongoing participation in therapy programs Experience Prior experience working in outpatient environments is highly preferred Skilled in providing care for geriatrics clients requiring physical therapy services Excellent caregiver communication skills to foster trust and motivate patients throughout their therapy journey.
