What You'll Do:

As a Clinic Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face that enhances our patients' experiences. Your role will be crucial in supporting our physical therapists and assistants, helping to keep the clinic running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome patients with enthusiasm and guide them through their visit. Answer phone calls and provide timely updates to both patients and therapists. Assist in managing schedules and collecting payments. Perform supportive tasks under the guidance of physical therapists or assistants, ensuring patient safety and care. Help with cleaning and maintaining treatment areas to create a welcoming environment. Administer outcome measures and assist with various clinic activities.
