Assists in patient assessment and tracks progress within scope of practice

Collaborates with evaluating therapists to support treatment goals and outcomes

Provides education to patients, families, and caregivers according to the established plan of care.

Supports discharge planning and goal reassessment with therapist

Communicates effectively with care team to optimize patient outcomes

Applies appropriate clinical techniques, modalities, and equipment
