•Falls of Neuse area We are looking for an energetic, personable, and highly motivated Shockwave Therapy Technician / Chiropractic Assistant to join our busy, growing office! Our practice is dedicated to providing an exceptional VIP-level patient experience , and we are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care while thriving in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Your role will be a combination of specialized therapy treatments and daily chiropractic assistant/front-office responsibilities, including: Perform Shockwave Therapy treatments for patients Perform Class IV Laser Therapy treatments Prepare patients for treatments and ensure they are comfortable throughout their visit Assist with daily chiropractic office operations Assist with new patient intake and onboarding Answer phones and respond to patient questions Schedule and confirm appointments Assist with front-desk duties and patient flow Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment area Communicate effectively with doctors, staff, and patients Help keep the office running smoothly during busy clinic hours The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, energetic, and outgoing Comfortable working in a very busy, fast-paced office Excellent with patients and genuinely enjoys helping people Professional, reliable, and dependable Organized and able to multitask A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills Comfortable learning and performing specialized therapies A team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed Detail-oriented and able to follow treatment protocols Comfortable balancing patient care, therapy treatments, and front-desk responsibilities Prior chiropractic, physical therapy, sports medicine, medical office, or Shockwave/laser experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Schedule Monday:

8:30 AM-12:30 PM / 2:00 PM-6:00

PM Tuesday:

OFF Wednesday:

8:30 AM-12:30 PM / 2:00 PM-6:00

PM Thursday:

1:00 PM-5:00

PM Friday:

8:30 AM-1:00

PM Saturday & Sunday:
