Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - PRN Maple Leaf HealthCare Center Manchester, NH $39-$40/hour We're seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Maple Leaf HealthCare Center. Work alongside a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility and overall function.

Responsibilities:

Carry out physical therapy treatment plans under PT supervision Assist with strength, balance, gait, transfers, and mobility training Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

Active New Hampshire PTA license required Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Skilled nursing experience is a plus Flexible PRN schedule • Collaborative therapy team • Competitive pay Direct Hire. No Agency.
