Responsibilities Lead and supervise remodeling activities during overnight shifts, coordinating with store management and contractors to ensure smooth project execution Implement planograms and visual merchandising standards to optimize product placement and store layout Use tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design adjustments and schematics preparation Operate material handling equipment safely, including ladders and manual handling tools, for heavy lifting and material transport Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to support remodeling efforts while maintaining store presentation standards Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and store staff to ensure project timelines are met and safety protocols are followed Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and organization of the work area throughout the remodel process Requirements Proven supervising experience in retail or remodeling projects with strong leadership skills Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and visual design tools for planogram implementation and schematics development Experience with interior design, remodeling processes, and store management best practices Ability to operate ladders safely and handle manual material handling equipment for heavy lifting tasks Knowledge of retail sales, merchandising strategies, inventory management, POS systems, pricing, and branding principles Excellent communication skills combined with organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective client communication in diverse environments Strong understanding of safety procedures including ladder use, standard passenger car operation for transportation needs, and proper handling of retail materials This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of dynamic retail transformations while developing your leadership skills.
