- Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensure required.
- Associate degree from APTA-accredited PTA program.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Pass Physical Therapist Assistant Examination (PTAE). Experience
- Associate degree from accredited PTA program.
- 2+ years direct patient care preferred.
- 1-2 years healthcare experience beneficial.
