Job Description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant Lead to guide high-quality, person-centered rehab for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In this on-site leadership role, you will provide hands-on treatment, mentor PTAs, coordinate with PTs and interdisciplinary teams, and support evidence-based programs that enhance function, independence, and quality of life. You'll ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence while fostering a supportive, growth-minded culture rooted in dignity, compassion, and respect for each patient. Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions under PT direction for senior patients in SNF/LTC settings. Lead, mentor, and support PTAs to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and clinical consistency. Coordinate with PTs, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize functional outcomes and discharge planning. Oversee accurate, timely documentation and compliance with regulatory and payer requirements. Participate in staff training, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical program development.
