We are a patient-focused outpatient physical therapy clinic built around one-on-one care . Rather than treating multiple patients at once or relying on a high-volume model, we prioritize meaningful time with each patient and give our clinicians the opportunity to focus on quality treatment and lasting results. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing practice. The Opportunity As a PTA at Bounce Back Physical Therapy, you will work closely with our physical therapists to deliver individualized treatment plans and help patients achieve their goals. You will have the opportunity to build genuine relationships with your patients, provide hands-on care, and play an important role in their recovery. This is an ideal position for a PTA who wants to practice in an environment where patient care comes first and where you can take pride in the quality of care you provide. Responsibilities Provide individualized physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Deliver primarily one-on-one patient care , with an emphasis on quality over volume Develop strong relationships with patients and create a positive, encouraging treatment environment Perform therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions within the PTA's scope of practice Educate patients on exercises, home programs, injury prevention, and strategies to support long-term recovery Monitor and communicate patient progress and response to treatment with the supervising Physical Therapist Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with the physical therapy team to ensure continuity and consistency of care Contribute to a welcoming, professional, and positive clinic culture What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current state PTA license or eligibility for licensure Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and compassionate A team player who is willing to learn and grow Someone who takes pride in providing high-quality, individualized care New graduates are welcome to apply Why Bounce Back Physical Therapy?
