Job Description
Concord Healthcare and Rehab in Lakewood NJ is seeking a Full Time PTA to join our in house rehab team. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Provide direct patient care services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Responsible for documentation of patient treatments, as well as changes in the condition and other pertinent information as required. Provide treatment and appropriate therapeutic techniques specific to the age and or condition of each patient. PTA license required.
