Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
  • Outpatient Ortho | Full-Time | New Jersey DeRosa Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our outpatient orthopedic clinic in New Jersey.
We are a private practice focused on quality care, consistency, and a strong team environment—not a high-volume, corporate clinic. ###

Compensation:
  • $30•$38 per hour (based on experience)•Weekly productivity bonus:•79+ visits/week → +$150•Optional Saturday hours available for additional income ###
Sign-On Bonus:
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus
  • $1,000 after 90 days
  • $1,000 after 6 months ###
Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient treatment under PT supervision
  • Keep patients engaged and on a consistent schedule
  • Complete documentation efficiently
  • Contribute to a positive, professional clinic culture ###
What We're Looking For:
  • Licensed PTA (or eligible) in New Jersey
  • Reliable, consistent, and team-oriented
  • Strong communication with patients
  • Looking for a stable, long-term role ###
