We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our healthcare team in North Bergen or Teaneck, NJ. Whether you are an experienced PTA or a recent graduate, we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities- Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities
- Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising PT
- Educate patients on exercises and recovery techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License required
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
