Position Overview The Vitality Center is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant to help create an exceptional experience for every patient. This position combines front-desk responsibilities with hands-on support for our chiropractic team. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, comfortable multitasking, and passionate about helping people improve their health and well-being. Key ResponsibilitiesReception and Administrative Support Welcome patients and create a positive, caring first impression. Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and address general patient questions. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments. Check patients in and out efficiently. Collect payments and provide receipts. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records. Assist with insurance verification, forms, and basic billing tasks as needed. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting. Communicate appointment recommendations and office policies clearly. Support patient retention through attentive follow-up and excellent service. Chiropractic Assistant Duties Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before patient visits. Guide patients through the office and explain basic procedures. Assist chiropractors with patient flow and approved therapies. Apply therapies or operate equipment after receiving appropriate training. Clean and sanitize treatment areas and equipment between patients. Document completed therapies accurately. Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their visits. Follow all office procedures, privacy requirements, and safety standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in reception, customer service, healthcare, or a chiropractic office is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, compassionate, and positive demeanor. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, email, and office equipment. Able to maintain patient confidentiality. Willingness to learn chiropractic terminology, procedures, and office systems. Ability to stand for portions of the workday and assist with light physical tasks. Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
