Join Our Team Connected Kids is a therapist-owned pediatric practice dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential. Founded by an occupational therapist with over 20 years of pediatric experience, our practice features a fully equipped sensory gym and a collaborative, family-centered approach to care.

We are passionate about providing high-quality therapy services in a warm, supportive environment where children thrive and clinicians are valued. If you're an enthusiastic Physical Therapist who enjoys working with children and wants to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will: Develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs and goals. Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve gross motor skills, strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional independence. Help children achieve success at home, in school, and within their community through engaging, child-centered therapy. Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress while modifying treatment plans as needed. Educate and coach parents and caregivers by providing home exercise programs and strategies to support continued progress. Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, coordinated care. Participate in team meetings, supervision, continuing education, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Current New York State Physical Therapist (PT) license. Passion for working with the pediatric population. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build positive relationships with children and their families. Strong clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
