Job Description
Long term care facility looking for per diem (1099) PTA to provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist. The PTA will provide appropriate therapy to promote the improvement of mobility, functional ability and quality of life. Maintain accurate, complete and timely documentation. Interacts and collaborates with other members of the healthcare team as well as patients and families.
