Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Syracuse, NY Join our dynamic team at Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a 513-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Syracuse, NY, and be part of a team dedicated to providing quality care and diversified services to our residents. As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) , you will work alongside a professional team of caregivers to focus on the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents.

Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will be responsible for following treatment plans to assist residents in restoring their day-to-day functionality and providing personable solutions to accommodate resident needs. You will work closely with our Director of Rehabilitation to ensure the highest level of care and patient satisfaction. This is a full-time position, and as a member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $25 - $32 HOURLY. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Education & Experience:

Active New York State Physical Therapist Assistant licensure (new program graduates are encouraged to apply!) Knowledge of DOH regulations and CMS guidelines (recommended, but not required) Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
