Experience:

Prior experience as a PTA preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly pay rate: $38.19 Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You'll Do Implement evidence-based clinical interventions supporting patient recovery Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist Assist with procedures such as manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and device use Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers Document treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with regulations Participate in patient care conferences, team meetings, and training sessions Support and supervise students under the guidance of a Physical Therapist Ensure compliance with APTA and state practice acts and ethics What You Need Valid active physical therapist assistant license in Oklahoma Prior experience in long-term care settings preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team Ability to adhere to regulatory and clinical documentation requirements About the Assignment This long-term care assignment is based in a reputable facility serving the Norman community. The role involves providing direct patient care, participating in team meetings, and supporting patients' mobility and functional recovery.
