We are looking for a Chiropractic Assistant Trainee to support our Chiropractic Provider and provide exceptional patient care. No prior experience required we offer full, onsite training! Candidates with a customer service background are highly encouraged to apply. Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants are strongly preferred. Summary & Objective The Chiropractic Assistant Trainee is responsible for supporting the Chiropractic Provider with daily clinical operations, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, and ensuring an excellent patient experience. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet patients, manage back-office intake, and escort patients to treatment rooms Document patient subjective notes into Genesis softwareBilingual CAs:
Provide translation assistance for the Chiropractic Provider Assist or perform rehab exercises and/or therapeutic massage as directed Maintain clean, sanitized equipment and exam rooms between patients Provide general support to ensure smooth clinic operations Requirements Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to obtain a Chiropractic Assistant License through the Oregon Board of Chiropractic Examiners (We provide full training and help you complete the licensing process.) Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-focused attitude Must be able to learn and demonstrate knowledge of therapies used in the clinic Customer service experience a plus!
