Day Shift 5x8 Hours 36 Hours Guaranteed (up to 40 hours expected) Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient orthopedic setting in Salem, Oregon. This role is open to both experienced clinicians and new graduates, including first-time travelers, looking to build experience in outpatient rehabilitation. The PTA will support physical therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care and improving patient mobility and functional outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assist physical therapists with patient treatment plans Deliver therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation interventions Support outpatient orthopedic patient recovery programs Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes Educate patients on exercises, mobility, and recovery plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary therapy team Requirements Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required Outpatient experience preferred New graduates accepted First-time travelers accepted Strong communication and teamwork skills required Ability to work independently in a clinical outpatient environment For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
