Licensed Massage Therapist - Full time

About Us Hive Recovery Collective is a massage therapist-owned and operated clinic focused on injury recovery, chronic pain management, and overall wellness. We're primarily offer treatment-focused massage and work our magic to make those treatments feel like a luxury experience. Our clients are a mix of regulars maintaining progress and new patients looking to break the pain cycle. We have self pay and some insurance billed sessions. Our team works in collaboration to provide a personalized approach to every aspect of care. Who We're Looking For We're seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist with clinical experience and a firm-to-deep style of work. The ideal fit likes being part of a team, enjoys treatment style work, values quality anatomy forward care, and helping clients feel their best. We just had some long term employees move on and are patiently searching for the perfect match who fits in with our clients and style of practice. What We Offer A supportive, therapist-owned environment Electric lift tables in every room for ergonomic, comfortable body mechanics A relaxed break area and shared front desk for scheduling and client checkout Flexibility to design your session lengths and techniques (60, 75, 90, and optional 120-minute sessions) All tools and supplies for our add-ons: cupping, hot towels, arnica/willow balm, gua sha, hot stones, and prenatal sessions

Schedule Options Monday-Friday:

2:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Saturday:

9:00 am - 2:00 pm We're need someone available for at least 12 hours of hands-on massage per week. There is some flexibility with start and end times, as well as time between sessions - depending on your preferred pace. Responsibilities Provide focused, intentional massage sessions Deliver exceptional client care and communication Maintain appropriate SOAP and/or session notes Manage client checkout and scheduling in JaneApp Keep treatment space clean and ready between sessions Work collaboratively with fellow therapists Requirements Active Oregon Massage Therapy License. If your license is pending, please wait for an active license to apply. Current professional liability insurance Minimum 1 year of experience (injury recovery or chronic pain preferred) Credentialed with Regence Blue Cross/Moda or willing to complete credentialing (we will assist the right candidate) Compensation & Perks Range of pay is $50-60 per hands on hour, depending on experience 100% of tips 15% commission on product sales Paid time f or any additional work 2+ hours of continuing education offered annually Biweekly direct deposit If you're ready to join a treatment focused team that values both professional skill and client connection, this is the right clinic for you!
