In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, coordinate patient appointments, and provide exceptional administrative support to ensure smooth clinic flow. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment while supporting the clinical team with essential documentation and billing tasks. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting dedicated to improving lives through chiropractic care. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, answer multi-line phone systems, and schedule appointments efficiently using electronic health record (EHR) systems Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance verification, and handle medical billing processes including collection of payments and copays. Manage patient intake forms, update medical records, and review documentation for accuracy in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized medical records using systems Support clinical staff by preparing treatment rooms, managing clinic supplies, and assisting with basic clerical duties Ensure compliance with health information management standards and assist in the review of care plans and medical documentation. Maintain excellent patient service by demonstrating professional phone etiquette, managing appointment reminders, and providing clear communication about clinic procedures. Spanish or Korean speaking preferred

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
