Minimum Qualifications:

Graduated from an accredited program with a degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program Current state licensure or in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure CPR Certification National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Home Health Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development

Responsibilities:
