Join a Team That Sets a Higher Standard BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. What You'll Do Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function. Monitor patient progress and accurately document treatments. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety techniques, and home programs. Communicate changes in patient condition with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team. Maintain compliance with BrightStar Care policies and state regulations. Qualifications Current South Carolina Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience preferred. Home health experience is a plus but not required. Current CPR certification. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Why BrightStar Care?
