Physical Therapist Assistant Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team of rehab and wellness doctor. The ideal candidate will assist in providing physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Chiropractor specializing in physical rehab and spinal corrective care. Responsibilities Implement treatment programs as established by the supervising doctor Assist patients with shockwave therapy, exercises, stretching, and other therapeutic activities Perform muscle rehab as directed by clinic doctors Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques Collaborate with the doctor to modify treatment plans as needed Qualifications Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program State licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant Experience in acute care, rehab, physical medicine, or occupational health preferred Knowledge of trigger point therapy, orthopedics, physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Compensation Pay:

$20.00
