Skills Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and related medical concepts essential for effective therapy delivery. Proficiency in clinical assessment documentation and medical documentation practices aligned with healthcare standards. Skilled in manual therapy techniques including trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Experience with inpatient settings, skilled nursing facilities, home health environments, outpatient clinics, and acute care is highly desirable. Ability to operate medical equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols. Excellent communication skills for caregiver engagement and client interaction to foster trust and compliance.
