With a strong patient census throughout Houston, you'll have consistent opportunities to pick up visits that fit your schedule. Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy treatments in patients' homes Follow treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT Complete accurate documentation using WellSky/Kinnser EMR Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques Qualifications Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License Current CPR Certification Home Health experience preferred WellSky/Kinnser experience is a plus Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and auto insurance Ideal Candidate ✔ Ready to start immediately ✔ Self-motivated and dependable ✔ Excellent communication and documentation skills ✔ Passionate about delivering quality patient care Why This Opportunity?
