Job Description

Home Health PTA, Sealy area, PRN Trenton Therapy LLC is looking for a PTA for PRN home health visits in The Heights and surrounding areas. We are a small, growing therapy staffing company that works with multiple home health agencies throughout the Houston area. I am a physical therapist and the owner of the company, so you will be communicating directly with me rather than dealing with a large staffing office. This particular opening is for the Sealy area, but your treatment area is flexible. Let me know which cities or zip codes you actually want to cover and I will only offer you patients in those areas. I am not looking to send someone all over Houston. This is a good fit for a PTA who wants some extra home health visits, wants control over where they drive, or wants to gradually build a larger caseload as more patients become available.
Pay:
$50 to $55 per completed visit 1099 independent contractor Mileage is not reimbursed PRN schedule with the opportunity for additional visits as they become available What I am looking for: Active Texas PTA license Reliable transportation Comfortable treating patients in their homes Dependable with communication and documentation Able to manage your own schedule and treatment area Available to begin accepting PRN visits shortly after credentialing is completed Home health experience is helpful, but it is not required if you are dependable, comfortable working independently, and willing to learn. If you are interested, apply through Indeed and let me know what part of Houston you would ideally like to cover.
Pay:
$50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Benefits:
Flexible schedule Referral program Application Question(s): Do you have a PT or PTA license?
Work Location:
