You'll be an essential part of creating an exceptional patient experience—from the first phone call to every visit thereafter—while assisting our doctors and supporting the daily operations of our office. Schedule Monday - Thursday Alternating Saturday mornings Enjoy long weekends every week while building a rewarding career in healthcare. What You'll Be Doing As one of the first people our patients see, you'll help create an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Responsibilities include:
Welcoming and checking in patients with warmth, professionalism, and outstanding customer service Scheduling appointments and managing daily patient flow efficiently Assisting the doctors with patient care and treatments Assisting with new patient consultations and examinations Giving office tours to prospective patients Preparing patients for spinal decompression therapy (training and certification provided) Educating patients about chiropractic care, wellness programs, and membership options Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment Supporting your teammates to create a smooth, positive patient experience Becoming knowledgeable about all office services, procedures, and memberships within your first two weeks What Makes Someone Successful Here? We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys helping others A confident communicator who loves building relationships Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic Coachable and eager to learn Comfortable discussing healthcare services and wellness memberships with patients Self-motivated and takes initiative Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning therapy equipment A true team player who contributes to a positive workplace culture Skills & Qualifications Outstanding customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Basic computer proficiency Experience with Microsoft Office Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms Ability to quickly learn office software and new technology Sales, hospitality, or healthcare experience is a plus—but not required We believe personality, integrity, work ethic, and a willingness to learn are just as important as experience.
