What You'll Be Doing As one of the first people our patients see, you'll help create an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Responsibilities include:

Welcoming and checking in patients with warmth, professionalism, and outstanding customer service Scheduling appointments and managing daily patient flow efficiently Assisting the doctors with patient care and treatments Assisting with new patient consultations and examinations Giving office tours to prospective patients Preparing patients for spinal decompression therapy (training and certification provided) Educating patients about chiropractic care, wellness programs, and membership options Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment Supporting your teammates to create a smooth, positive patient experience Becoming knowledgeable about all office services, procedures, and memberships within your first two weeks What Makes Someone Successful Here?
