POSITION OVERVIEW

As a PRN PTA , you will provide skilled therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a home health setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. High patient demand in Spring & North Houston — assignments ready upon onboarding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver therapy services in patients' homes Follow treatment plans set by supervising PT Assist patients with mobility, strength, and balance Monitor progress and provide timely updates Complete documentation using WellSky/Kinnser EMR Educate patients and caregivers on safety and home programs

REQUIREMENTS

Active Texas PTA License Current CPR Certification Home Health experience preferred WellSky/Kinnser experience is a PLUS Reliable transportation, valid driver's license & insurance
