Chiropractic Assistant Monday-Thursday Schedule | 3-Day Weekends | Taylor, TX Who says a full-time job has to mean working five days a week? What You'll Do As a Chiropractic Assistant, you'll work closely with the doctor and our team to provide exceptional care from the moment patients walk through the door.
Responsibilities include:
Assist the doctor in delivering outstanding patient care Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Answer phones, texts, and patient questions with professionalism and enthusiasm Help guide patients through their treatment plans while creating an exceptional experience Assist with patient therapies and clinical procedures as needed Schedule appointments and keep the office running efficiently Ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day Support a positive, welcoming, and organized office environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys working with people Professional and dependable Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Positive and enthusiastic about natural health and wellness Comfortable multitasking in a busy office A quick learner who enjoys being part of a team Willing to jump in wherever needed Required Experience Chiropractic or medical office experience is preferred but not required We provide training on our office systems and procedures Schedule Monday-Thursday Full-time Very occasional Saturday community events Enjoy a 3-day weekend nearly every week!
