Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk professional to join our energetic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative duties efficiently. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a welcoming environment, support clinical operations, and ensure smooth daily workflows. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, verify their appointment details, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Manage patient scheduling through medical office management software, ensuring timely appointments and follow-ups Review and update medical records, documentation, and care plans while maintaining strict adherence to clinical confidentiality policies Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry (10 key typing), phone communication, and managing electronic health records (EHR) Support clinical staff by preparing treatment rooms, organizing medical supplies, and ensuring proper documentation review for CPT coding, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding, and ICD coding accuracy Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and care Manage office flow and patient therapies with efficiency and precision Qualifications Previous clinic experience or medical office experience is highly preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology, health insurance procedures, and health information management systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with excellent computer skills for managing electronic health records (EHR) systems Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies to ensure patient privacy at all times Experience with medical billing, coding (CPT, ICD-9/10), Medicare processes, and documentation review is a plus Bilingual abilities are desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively Exceptional customer service skills with phone etiquette and professional communication abilities Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us in making a difference by delivering outstanding front desk support combined with compassionate patient care.
