Expectations:

Proficiency or willing to train in orthopedic and vestibular treatment techniques under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (onsite mentorship programs provided) The pursuit of educational opportunities on a consistent basis to expand skill level Assessment of personal performance and reporting of Most Important Tasks (MITs) to Clinic Director Empowering communication with referral sources, patients, & community members
