Entry Level Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level PTA to build clinical experience while providing quality patient care. Responsibilities Assist with basic therapy treatments and therapeutic exercises. Guide patients through exercises and activities. Assist with stretching, strengthening, balance, mobility, and functional training. Provide basic modalities and treatments. Monitor patients during treatment and communicate changes. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Educate patients on exercises and home programs as directed. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming therapy environment. Follow all clinic policies, safety procedures, and applicable professional standards. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current PTA license or eligibility for licensure in the state of employment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care.
