This position will primarily support our back office and patient care , helping keep patient visits running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

Setting up and assisting patients with therapies Spinal decompression therapy Laser therapy Shockwave therapy Preparing treatment areas and keeping patient flow organized Scheduling and managing patient appointments Communicating with patients regarding appointments and care Assisting the doctor and team with general office needs We're looking for someone who: Is bilingual in English and Spanish Is friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with patients Is dependable, organized, and able to multitask Learns quickly and follows instructions well Enjoys working in a busy, hands-on healthcare environment Works well independently and as part of a team Previous chiropractic, medical, physical therapy, or healthcare office experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
