Job Description
Home Health PTA Needed in Warren County and surrounding areas. Come join our Care with LOVE team and help us make a difference in our community. We strive for our clients to age gracefully in their homes and we are committed to bringing care with love in all we do. Responsibilities Include but not limited to: 1. Reporting to physician patient's reaction to treatment or changes in condition. 2. Following physical therapy program and instructs family/caregiver members in certain phases of physical therapy with which they may work with a patient, as well as instructing them as to the goals of the physical therapy program for the patient by participating in case conferences. 3. Prepares and submits a clinical progress summary based on the attainment of goals as directed by Organization policy.
