As part of our team, you'll work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your focus is on helping patients get back to doing what they love. Our goal-oriented structure gives you clear targets to strive for: See 50+ patients per week as you build strong relationships and deliver meaningful care Maintain an average of 4.0+ units per visit , ensuring patients get the time and attention they deserve Earn a monthly bonus when you hit your numbers — because we believe your hard work should be rewarded Every day is a balance of pushing for clinical excellence, collaborating with your team, and celebrating both big and small victories along the way.
Requirements:
Successful completion of state board examination and Currently licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Washington.
