We're a small close-knit team and we work fast. Job Summary We are seeking a proactive, health-driven, and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will work directly with patients throughout their appointment each day. You will also assist the doctors with patient examinations and daily charting, as well as other miscellaneous duties on a day-to-day basis. The primary role will be on the clinic floor, but you will also be cross-trained at the front desk. Responsibilities Assisting patients with warm-up exercises Assist the doctors in treatment areas, with examinations, and patient charting Manage patient records by accurately entering data into electronic health records (EHR) systems and maintaining confidentiality at all times. Facilitate internal communication among staff members to coordinate patient care and clinic operations seamlessly. Educate patients on treatment procedures and clinic protocols to enhance their experience. Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, document organization, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Requirements Open work availability Monday-Friday, with very occasional weekend work as required High School diploma or equivalent Repetitively lift up to 40 lbs. throughout the work day Ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours per day Must be a self-starter and fast learner Must be detail oriented Thrives in fast-paced environments Ability to multi-task and stay organized without losing work quality Team oriented mindset and reliable attendance Health-oriented in your own life Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation and communication purposes. Familiarity with medical terminology preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person. Excellent typing skills for accurate data entry and documentation. Ability to manage schedules efficiently while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
