Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk professional to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing administrative tasks with precision. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with check-in and check-out Schedule appointments efficiently through medical scheduling software and coordinate follow-up visits Collect and process insurance information, including health insurance knowledge, Medicare, HIPAA compliance, and medical billing procedures Handle phone communication with professionalism, providing excellent patient service while managing inquiries about clinic services and appointments Manage front desk operations including filing, data entry (10 key typing) Assist with basic office task needed daily Skills Proven experience in medical office management or clinical administrative support within a healthcare setting such as chiropractic clinics, dental clinics or hospitals Strong computer skills Excellent customer service skills coupled with phone etiquette and professional communication abilities Ability to review documentation thoroughly while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Prior clinic experience or healthcare administrative experience is highly desirable but not necessary Join our team and be part of a vibrant healthcare environment where your contributions directly impact patient care!
