•CDWI We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced Caregiver/CNA to provide personal care and support to an individual with mobility and wound-care needs. Reliability is essential, as caregivers play a critical role in assisting with daily routines and mobility, and in maintaining independence. This role is vital to helping the individual maintain comfort and quality of life. The ideal candidate is dependable, committed to long-term employment, and comfortable providing hands-on personal care in a family home environment.

Columbus, WI (In Client Home)
Compensation :
$16.32
•$18/hour (Based on experience)
Availability Needed:
Nights
•Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat (7 PM-10 PM) Mornings
•Fri, Sat (7:30 AM-10 AM) o Light flexibility based on these hours Key Responsibilities Empty urinal and assist with ostomy bag changes Organize bedside table, prepare with supplies for day/bedtime Assistance with stretching and mobility exercises Perform slide board transfers Assist with some dressing of the lower half Complete bed baths and assist with personal hygiene Provide wound care and dressing changes (training included in position) Offer general assistance, light housekeeping, and tidying of care area Accompany the member on occasional community outings (
Ex:
Coffee on the weekends) Qualifications 1 year of caregiving experience preferred CNA certification preferred but not required Experience with wound care/dressing changes is strongly preferred Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance Strong communication skills, kindness, and dependability Willing to work with family and pets in the home Must pass caregiver and criminal background checks Ability to safely perform transfers and personal care activities Earn Up to $500 in Bonuses! New hires who complete CDCP training can receive up to $500 in bonuses during their first 6 months. Training bonus + retention bonus available! Interested?
