Seeking 2 Fully-certified CRNA s for a Hospital located 1.5 hours from Phoenix, Arizona. General anesthesia, Obstetrics, Nerve Blocks , Pic lines. Will cover Ob deliveries if necessary. CRNA only practice model. 2 weeks on 1 week off. Must be comfortable working in an independent practice setting and performing all aspects of pre, intra, and post-operative care. Cases include General Surgery, OB/GYN, GI, Ortho, and occasionally cathlab. No hearts or neuro. Must be proficient in peripheral nerve blockade (most common blocks done here are adductor canal, femoral, popliteal, fascia iliaca, TAP, supraclavicular, and interscalene nerve blocks). Regularly place arterial and central venous catheters, and must be comfortable placing and managing OB labor epidurals and spinals. Seeking a board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or NICU Physician Assistant to join the staff at a prominent hospital located in the West suburbs of Phoenix. 317 bed hospital 20-bed LevelII NICU. 5200
deliveries yearly. Mix of 12 hour and 24 hour shifts. 10-15 daily patient load per clinician. Busy level IIEQ, with patients down to 28 weeks. Daily bedside rounds with Neo. NNP and Neo share responsibility of admission, discharges. NNP does most procedures. Strong NICU nurses and delivery team, NNP attends few deliveries. No surgery, cardiac or high frequency. Comfortable office with nice call room with shower/bath nearby. Workout area available. Scrubs provided. Highly competitive salary and benefits. Great area of NW Phoenix. deliveries yearly. Mix of 12 hour and 24 hour shifts. Daily bedside rounds with Neo. NNP does all notes, admissions, discharges and procedures. Neo is shared with another unit. Frequent NNP attendance at delivery is required. NNP is primary NRP provider and educator. Strong NICU experienced RNs. Workout area available. Comfortable call room/office with shower/bath.
