Full-Time Reproductive Fertility Center is seeking a compassionate, motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our fertility practice and clinical team in West Hollywood and Riverside, California . This is an excellent opportunity for a PA who enjoys developing meaningful relationships with patients and is interested in working in the specialized and rewarding field of reproductive medicine. The Physician Assistant will work closely with our physicians and clinical team in the evaluation, education, treatment, and ongoing care of patients throughout their fertility journey. Responsibilities Conduct patient visits, obtain medical histories, and perform appropriate physical examinations Provide patient education and counseling regarding fertility evaluations, treatment plans, medications, and procedures Review laboratory results, imaging, and treatment progress in collaboration with the treating physician Assist with monitoring patients undergoing fertility treatment Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care and education Respond to patient questions and provide clinical guidance within established practice protocols Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, laboratories, and other members of the fertility team Help ensure a supportive, responsive, and compassionate experience for our patients Participate in ongoing clinical education and practice improvement Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Current California Physician Assistant license or eligibility for California licensure Current NCCPA certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a busy, highly collaborative clinical environment Compassionate and professional approach to patient care Previous experience in reproductive endocrinology, fertility, OB/GYN, or women's health is preferred but not required . We are willing to train the right candidate who has a genuine interest in reproductive medicine. About Our Practice Reproductive Fertility Center is a physician-led fertility practice dedicated to helping patients build their families through individualized, compassionate reproductive care. Our team combines advanced reproductive medicine with a highly personal approach to patient care.
