•500,000 per year Halo Skin Institute is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant with dermatology experience to join our growing practice in Folsom, California. This position is designed for a PA who wants more than a traditional employed dermatology role. Responsibilities include:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat common and complex dermatologic conditions Perform complete and focused skin examinations Diagnose and manage acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, rashes, skin cancers, and other dermatologic conditions Perform shave and punch biopsies Perform cryotherapy, electrodessication and curettage, and other dermatologic procedures Perform surgical excisions as training and experience allow Develop treatment plans and provide patient education Review pathology and laboratory results and coordinate follow-up care Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Collaborate with physicians, PAs, medical assistants, and other members of the clinical team Maintain a high standard of patient experience and clinical care Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Current or eligible California Physician Assistant license NCCPA certification Minimum 6 months of dermatology experience Strong interest in medical and surgical dermatology Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills Motivated to continue developing dermatologic knowledge and procedural skills Comfortable working in a productive, growing clinical environment Interested in long-term professional and leadership growth Who Will Thrive Here The ideal candidate is ambitious, teachable, clinically driven, and wants to become an exceptional dermatology provider.
