$140,000 - $145,000 per year Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing primary care team in Oakhurst/Coarsegold, California. Responsibilities Provide preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic healthcare services. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs. Document patient encounters, medications, referrals, and treatment plans accurately within the EMR. Review laboratory results, imaging studies, and specialist reports. Coordinate referrals and follow-up care. Educate patients on preventive health, disease management, and wellness strategies. Follow established clinical policies, procedures, and evidence-based treatment guidelines. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and care team meetings. Assist with telephone triage and rotating call coverage as required. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Active California Physician Assistant License. Current BLS/CPR certification. Strong clinical and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
