Job Description

Hello! Seeking a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time urgent care locums assignment in Southern California.
  • ASAP start | 3-month assignment
  • 4 shifts per week
  • Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
  • No call responsibilities
  • Full-time availability required
  • Urgent Care and Same-Day Access setting
  • Treat a variety of acute conditions and injuries, including colds, flu, fractures, laceration repair, incision & drainage, toenail removal, and X-ray interpretation
  • Approximately 3 patients per hour
  • Dedicated LVN and MA support
  • Epic-based EMR
  • Active California NP or PA license
  • Furnishing License (if applicable)
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Board-Certified NP or PA
  • Minimum 1 year of recent higher-acuity Urgent Care or Emergency Department experience within the last 3 years
