Full-Time Join Our Growing Neurology Practice We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our outpatient neurology clinic in South Gate, California . This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced neurologist in a collaborative, patient-centered environment dedicated to providing exceptional neurological care. The ideal candidate has at least one year of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant and is passionate about delivering high-quality care to patients with a variety of neurological conditions. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and neurological assessments. Evaluate and manage patients with conditions including headaches, migraines, neuropathy, seizures, stroke, Parkinson's disease, dementia, multiple sclerosis, and other neurological disorders. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising neurologist. Order and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and other diagnostic tests. Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness in accordance with California regulations. Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care. Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record (EMR). Coordinate care with referring providers and other members of the healthcare team. Participate in follow-up care and chronic disease management. Neurology PAs commonly perform neurological evaluations, manage treatment plans, interpret diagnostic testing, and provide ongoing patient education in collaboration with neurologists. Qualifications Current California Physician Assistant license in good standing. NCCPA certification required. DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain). Minimum 1 year of Physician Assistant experience required. Neurology experience is preferred but not required. Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
